
Babatunde Adewole, also known as Babbie, is a senior level industry executive and top producing professional with diverse expertise spanning over 20 years in Architecture, Construction and Development, Facilities Planning and Real Estate Brokering. This experience uniquely puts him at a vantage position in the industry and especially advisory capacity to his clients or customers in areas involving space planning, construction related matters and real estate acquisitions in residential or commercial transactions.
With an early start in the architectural industry, Babbie developed a keen interest in the construction and real estate brokering business that led to fast track leadership training within renowned local and national organizations. He has an in depth ability to manage the life-cycle of a project despite varying challenges involved. As such, he enjoys the trust of his clients in resource management and value engineering in a broad spectrum of building types, scale, function, systems and materials selection and technology.
Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated an exceptional follow-through ability to successfully manage and advise clients on projects that include but not limited to development and construction of residential, commercial (churches, restaurants and small to medium office facilities).
Babbie attended the historic Howard University in Washington DC and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. In addition, he holds professional certifications in Construction Management and Church Facilities Management (CFM). He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) and Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR).
He is currently the Executive Director/Principal Broker at Tower Executives Realty and the chairman of a multi-million dollar church campus project in Silver Spring, Md.
An avid believer in adding value to the community, he partners with both national and international organizations (NGOs) and businesses on community based projects such as- Christmas in April by PGCAR for donations to the less privileged; The dream team project to raise funds and build a worship sanctuary in Ellicott City; Orphanages abroad (Nigeria ) and Healthcare donations to International public hospitals and clinics.
He is married with children.
